What you&#039;re saying here is very, very important. It is amazing to me the number of potential clients who think that the fault (or solution) lies in a few words here or there, or that business will start booming if they just create a blog or Facebook page or begin Twittering more often. 

As communicators, we know what words can and can&#039;t accomplish; and we know that the words in someone&#039;s business plan or strategic plan need to come before, er, you float anything in public.</description>
