I usually say, “You’re welcome,” or if I’m in a jolly mood, “You’re very welcome!” Not sure if I’d go so far as to say, “You’re more than welcome.” If someone was thanking me effusively, I might, though, just to assure them it was okay to stop thanking me.

I’m guilty of downplaying my efforts with “No problem,” but lately I find myself replying to genuine thank yous by saying, “You’re more than welcome.”

I use that when I want to underscore that they were worth whatever efforts I made. But I reserve it for cases where it’s clear the recipient is truly thankful and not just offering an off-hand “Thanks.”
